On April 29th, 2008, over 155 residents of the Peachtree Apartment Complex in Norwich lost their homes in a devastating fire. Hit Music i-98.3 and Big Y World Class Market have teamed up to help out by sponsoring our first ever Backyard Beneficial Barbecue! This auction is for all the food you need to have a great barbecue! Big Y will provide all the hotdogs, hamburgers, rolls, potato chips, condiments and non-alcoholic beverages for your party! I-98.3 personalities will even come man the grill for you! And all proceeds from this auction will benefit the Peachtree Assistance Fund so please be generous! The winner will be announced on-air on Friday, May 23rd... just in time for Memorial Day weekend!
